Shipping policy

We work closely with the artisans who produce our products. There are no middlemen involved, which is why we can offer a wide selection of our products at such low prices and with free delivery.

The average delivery time is from 5 to 20 business days from the moment it leaves our warehouse.

The order will be processed by our team within a maximum of 48 hours (72 hours on business days).

* Please note that due to high demand and social distancing requirements at the workplace, our distribution center is dispatching orders slightly longer than usual.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number.

If you have not received an email, enter your order number on the contact page.

Don't worry if you don't see any updates in the first few days, the tracking system sometimes takes a day or more to update.

If your order does not arrive within 12 business days, please contact us so we can make arrangements with the carriers.
